Gaiam Balance Disc Cushions

Add more air for a firm disc and a greater challenge, or decrease the air inside the disc for a softer cushion that still engages the core. It's up to the student! The balance disc for chairs features a domed top that helps improve students' posture and engages the core at the same time. Use the cushion on nearly any chair with an un-painted surface, or use it on the floor during breakout sessions. Students can also use it for strengthening and balance exercises during brain breaks.

Disc is pre-inflated and ready for use immediately. Use your own air pump to vary the inflation levels. PVC construction is latex-free for safe use by more students. Available individually or in a Group Set of 6 with 2 of each color. Supports up to 300 lb. 16" dia; 2-1/2 lb.
