Payment Information

You may pay for your order in four ways:

1. Credit Card
Moving Minds accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and the Federal Government credit card (Smart Pay).

 

2. Purchase Order
Moving Minds will accept purchase orders from recognized schools, businesses, and other institutional settings. We offer open terms for credit approved accounts, net 30 days. Please call our credit department at 1-855-858-8551 to set up your account. International accounts may be set up by calling 1-507-451-7470.

 

3. Check
We will accept payment by check for mailed-in orders. Please make your check payable to Moving Minds and include it with your order. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us either to use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, or to process the payment as a check transaction. For inquiries, please call 1-855-858-8551. When we do an electronic fund transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day your make your payment; you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

4. Financing
Financing options are available. Monthly payments based upon the term of the agreement and cost of the equipment, freight, and/or installation. To apply, submit a completed finance application with your list of selected products via email to customercare@moving-minds.com or fax to 1-800-451-4855. Financing decisions are usually made within 48 hours of application receipt. A representative will contact you to finalize the agreement. For more details or questions, call 1-855-858-8551.

Tax Exempt Orders

Sales Tax: All states and provinces in the US and Canada require us to collect and remit sales tax on your purchase, unless the state or province has granted the purchasing organization a Sales Tax Exemption. If your organization has this exemption, and you’ve indicated this in the payment step of the checkout process, the taxing authority requires that a copy of a current, official Exemption Certificate must be provided. Once verification is completed, you will see your tax exempt status reflected at checkout.

To obtain Tax Exempt status: Send a copy of your completed Tax Exempt Certificate, Resale Certificate, or Direct Pay Permit, listing Moving Minds as the seller, along with your Account Number, to accountservices@moving-minds.com 

 

If no certification is received, sales tax will be added where applicable. Payment by personal credit card/check may void the exemption.
