Twist on Basketball

This unique hoop takes a traditional basketball hoop and adds features to make different activities possible. Instead of having a backboard like a traditional hoop, the Gym-I-Nee goes in the middle of the playing area, allowing students to shoot at it from any angle due to its open top. Once the ball goes in, there are 4 colored, numbered chutes that the ball can come out of. Because the chutes are different colors and have different numbers, there are also a variety of scoring options you could use for your activity of choice. Teachers might even choose to use the numbers to integrate math skills into the activity. For example, having to get a certain score by getting balls through different chutes.

The oversized hoop allows for multiple balls to be thrown in at once. The goal uses any ball up to an official size 7 basketball, and also includes a 6-game activity guide that teaches students different games and scoring systems to keep their playing experience fresh and fun.

Durable Plastic Goal

Made from a durable molded weather-proof plastic, this goal is capable of withstanding constant exposure to the outdoor elements as well as nonstop institutional usage. It gets mounted to a sturdy 3.5” diameter steel post, which in turn mounts into the ground for permanent placement. At 8’H, it is shorter than a traditional basketball hoop so younger students will be able to get balls into it without having to struggle. Installation required on this 57 lb goal.
